RE DO YOUR BATHROOM FOR A NEW LOOK
When looking for a Home Renovator, always avoid 'fly by night' contractors or those  offering cheaper deals.  You can get a reference from some of his previous jobs and see if he is a long time resident of your city.  Lower price may mean lower quality.
 Your contractor/Renovator should have a range of skills in the trades [being qualified means more than just being certified.] Some Certification processes are merely an unneeded bureaucracy, unnecessarily costing everyone more in costs and taxes which you end up paying for.

Watch out for Bait and switch approaches.
This is where a builder gives the lower price, gets the job, and then requests many add-ons for a lot of "unexpected extras."
As a result your actual costs end up much higher!

 SOFTER LOOK

 Commercial and residential jobs must be carried out in accordance to proper building codes. After a short interview with your contractor, you will get a feeling as to how well he knows his work.  Trustworthiness is also very important factor!

Kitchens are beautiful!
 Cheaper is not necessarily better.  Someone offering to do the same work much cheaper may cut some corners of ask for more money later as a bad surprise.  A good contractor will not cut corners in order to keep his price below fair market value.  Everything should be in writing and with all details clear in your agreement. This is what you should expect from your contractor.  The contractor you choose to deal with should provide the following in writing; most estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
- a contract stating each job description and specifications of the work, including all measurements and quantities. The total of all jobs may have only one final price.
- a diagram/description of the areas to be completed, including measurements;
-include all taxes with the estimate.
-Dates of start and finish of the job.
-list of the contractors responsibilities and goods supplied.
-clear plan for schedule of deposit, payments and dates.
- guarantees, when applicable for workmanship [usually 1 year].
